📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct outbound calls to identify and qualify potential leads using your Hindi language skills.
• Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot to manage and track leads effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are accurately and promptly followed up.
• Provide regular reports on lead qualification status and sales activities.
• Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices to enhance lead qualification strategies.
• Maintain high call quality and customer satisfaction standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

• Fluent in Hindi, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
