📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Drive sales and achieve monthly targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Manage client portfolios, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with their financial goals.
Leverage CRM tools like Salesforce to track client interactions and sales performance.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to stay informed about market trends and build professional relationships.
Provide regular reports to management on client activities, sales performance, and market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field work.
