Field Application Engineer (FAE)

As a FAE, you will work closely with our clients in Bali, providing technical support, training, and consulting. You will be responsible for ensuring that our solutions are implemented correctly and that our clients are able to maximize their return on investment.

In this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting our AI and machine learning solutions. You will also provide training to our clients' staff, ensuring that they are able to use our solutions effectively. Additionally, you will work closely with our sales team to understand our clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot AI and machine learning solutions for clients in Bali.
• Provide technical support and training to clients' staff, ensuring they can use our solutions effectively.
• Work closely with our sales team to understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct site visits and on-site support to ensure our solutions are implemented correctly.
• Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
• Provide regular reports to our clients and management on the status of projects.
• Collaborate with our R&D team to incorporate client feedback into our product development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in the field of AI or machine learning.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and technologies.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
