📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound calls to identify and qualify potential leads using your Hindi language skills.
Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot to manage and track leads effectively.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are accurately and promptly followed up.
Provide regular reports on lead qualification status and sales activities.
Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices to enhance lead qualification strategies.
Maintain high call quality and customer satisfaction standards.
Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fluent in Hindi, both written and spoken.
Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
