📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage AI research projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and implement AI solutions that address real-world challenges, leveraging advanced machine learning techniques and algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to our projects.
• Mentor and guide junior researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Publish and present research findings at conferences and workshops, both locally and internationally.
• Manage and optimize AI models, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and efficient.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver AI solutions that meet their requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI research and development, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of advanced machine learning techniques and algorithms, including deep learning and reinforcement learning.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, as well as experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
