📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install and configure EDC machines for event transactions.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of EDC machines.
• Ensure all EDC machines are functioning properly and meet security standards.
• Provide technical support to event staff and vendors.
• Monitor transaction volumes and identify any issues.
• Document all maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborate with the event team to ensure smooth payment processing.
• Stay updated with the latest EDC machine technologies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as an EDC Machine Technician or similar role.
• Familiarity with EDC machines from major brands such as Verifone, Ingenico, or NCR.
• Knowledge of electronic payment systems and security standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid certification in EDC Machine Maintenance (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
