You will work closely with our IT team to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues, as well as implement and maintain network security measures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and other network devices.,Troubleshoot and resolve network issues and outages, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.,Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and virtual private networks (VPNs).,Collaborate with the IT team to design, implement, and maintain network solutions that meet the company's business needs and objectives.,Perform regular network audits and assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.,Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, including employees and clients, to ensure they can effectively use and troubleshoot network-related issues.,Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and industry trends, and recommend and implement appropriate solutions to improve network performance and security.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering and administration.,Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.,Experience with network security technologies, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs.,Proficiency in network monitoring and management tools, such as Nagios, Zabbix, or PRTG.,Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
