📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and analyze financial data to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to support business decisions.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure accurate tax compliance.,Manage and mentor junior accountants and staff.,Conduct financial audits and reviews as required.,Maintain and update accounting systems and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
