VIVERE Group is seeking a dedicated Sales Staff - High-Performance Laminate (HPL) Specialist to join our team in Batam. As an HPL Specialist, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our high-quality HPL products to various clients, including construction companies, interior designers, and end-users. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.,Develop and present sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our HPL products.,Negotiate contracts and ensure that all sales transactions are completed smoothly and efficiently.,Provide technical support and advice to clients regarding the installation and maintenance of HPL products.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and network with potential clients.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction materials or interior design industry.,Strong knowledge of HPL products, their applications, and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as required.
