📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction by monitoring staff performance and providing training and development opportunities.,Drive sales growth through marketing initiatives, promotions, and upselling strategies.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment by enforcing health and safety protocols.,Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost control.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in the fast-food or fried chicken industry.,Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
