📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties
• Manage maintenance and repair requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for property maintenance and repairs
• Maintain accurate records of property operations and maintenance activities
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and property users
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth and efficient operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property operations or a related role
• Proficient in using property management software such as Yardi, BuildingIQ, or similar
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and building codes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the real estate and property sector in Bali is a plus
