Oversee the daily operations of the retail pharmacy, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Lead and mentor a team of Shop Assistants, providing training and support to enhance their performance.,Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely restocking of products.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage stock rotation to optimize inventory levels.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail pharmacy or similar roles.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with pharmacy software and inventory management systems.,Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and best practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field (preferred but not required).
