PT Nusantara Berkah is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team in Nusa Dua. This role is crucial in driving sales and ensuring smooth cash handling operations. If you have a passion for sales and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and cash transactions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor cash levels and prepare reports on daily sales and cash transactions.,Train and mentor new team members.,Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or cashier roles.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
