As a Lead Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and managing our talent pipeline. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that we attract and hire the best talent for our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading and managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent for our organization.
• Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that we source and attract the right candidates.
• Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conducting initial interviews and assessments to identify the most qualified candidates.
• Managing the recruitment budget and ensuring that we are sourcing and hiring cost-effectively.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, and recruitment agencies.
• Providing regular reports and updates to the recruitment team and senior management.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires.
• Strong understanding of the local job market and ability to source and attract top talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team, with a focus on achieving results.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, and the ability to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
