Market One Sentosa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of our fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained and operated efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management principles and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Ensure that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and that all maintenance records are accurately recorded and up-to-date.,Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify and address any potential issues or safety concerns.,Manage and maintain relationships with third-party service providers, such as repair shops and fuel suppliers.,Provide training and support to fleet drivers and other staff members as needed.,Analyze and report on fleet performance metrics, such as vehicle utilization, maintenance costs, and fuel efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as transportation, logistics, or business administration.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems, such as Geotab or FleetComplete.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is required.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
