OMEGA Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting and financial reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day bookkeeping activities,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting,Prepare and review financial statements,Manage bank reconciliations and payroll processing,Supervise and train junior bookkeepers,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Good communication and interpersonal skills
