Bahagia Adi Cafe & Coffee is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback

Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention

Handle employee grievances and disputes

Manage employee benefits and compensation

Oversee payroll processing

Coordinate with management for workforce planning and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in using HR management software

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration

Experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment is a plus
