Home Urban Jaya is a leading home improvement and furniture retailer in Indonesia, committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Deputy Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and enhancing the customer shopping experience. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to achieve our sales targets and contribute to the overall success of our store.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers in selecting and purchasing products.
  • Conduct store audits and inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability.
  • Train and mentor junior sales consultants to maintain high standards of service and sales performance.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Participate in store promotions, events, and initiatives to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the home improvement or furniture industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
