Salon Elsa Restaurant is looking for a Deputy Operations Staff to join our team in Palu. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a background in operations management and a passion for the food service industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff schedules and ensuring all areas are clean and organized.,Oversee inventory management to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain a consistent supply of ingredients and other necessary items.,Train and develop junior staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of operational policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software.,Proven track record of training and developing staff.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
