📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Team Leader in managing and motivating the team.
  • Ensure that team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Assist in training and developing team members.
  • Handle team-related administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a positive and productive team environment.
  • Report to the Team Leader on team performance and any issues that arise.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
