Shine Bold Unggul is seeking a dedicated Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Kupang. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the fleet management activities, ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle fleet. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's vehicle fleet,Monitor and maintain vehicle maintenance schedules and records,Support in the procurement and management of vehicle fuel and spare parts,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet activities,Coordinate with drivers and vendors for timely delivery of services,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies,Support in the organization of fleet-related meetings and events,Provide assistance in the development and implementation of fleet improvement initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role,Strong organizational and time management skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Valid driver's license is a plus
