Resto Bimo Health Center is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of our staff.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide feedback and coaching to individuals and teams to support their professional development.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by providing training to new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software is a plus.,Certification in training and development (e.g., ATP, CPLP) is a plus.
