📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the collection, organization, and analysis of employee data to support HR initiatives.
  • Create and maintain data dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR analytics projects.
  • Collaborate with the People Analytics team to identify trends and insights from employee data.
  • Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures based on data-driven insights.
  • Participate in HR data-related meetings and presentations.
  • Contribute to the development of HR analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Support the People Analytics team in data quality assurance and improvement.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
  • Experience with HR data or a strong interest in people analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for data and a desire to make a meaningful impact in HR.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
