As a Lifeguard, you’ll be the first line of defense, ensuring the safety of our guests and staff at our pools and beaches. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor swimming areas to ensure safety and enforce safety rules.
- Perform rescue techniques and provide first aid when necessary.
- Assist guests with any pool-related issues or emergencies.
- Conduct regular safety checks and inspections of pool facilities.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and safety checks.
- Participate in team meetings and safety drills.
- Promote a positive and safe environment for all guests and staff.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Lifeguard or equivalent role.
- Certified in Red Cross Lifeguarding or equivalent certification.
- Familiarity with pool safety protocols and rescue techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform rescue techniques.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
