Berkah Oka Store is looking for a motivated and experienced Lead Shop Assistant to join our team in Sunter, Jakarta Raya. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail operations and a passion for customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily shop operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Lead and train a team of shop assistants to maintain high standards of customer service.,Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate and organized.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and resolve issues to customer satisfaction.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Shop Assistant or similar role in a retail environment.,Proven ability to lead and train a team.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
