Village Nest Corporindo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Cashier Accounting to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.,Prepare and process financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.,Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Train and mentor junior staff members in accounting principles and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial information.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the company's financial planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or financial institution setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.,Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
