Hub Global Berjaya is actively seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Palopo. This is an immediate opportunity for an individual who is passionate about logistics and transportation management.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained, serviced, and ready for use. You will also be involved in planning and coordinating vehicle schedules, managing driver performance, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance and servicing.
  • Plan and coordinate vehicle schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Manage driver performance, including training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain vehicle performance and fuel efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Handle any fleet-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
  • Ability to speak and understand Indonesian language.
