Moon Seed Berjaya is seeking a dedicated Deputy Admin Finance to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our financial operations and ensuring the smooth flow of our business processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and processing of financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the finance team in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.,Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.,Handle day-to-day financial transactions and ensure timely processing of payments.,Provide administrative support to the finance department, including data entry, filing, and organization.,Participate in financial meetings and provide necessary information to support decision-making.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data for reporting purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
