📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage and develop sales teams, setting goals and providing training and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business development strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
